It's the last day of September, so let's end the month with a simple challenge! 🌾

Choose one meal or snack today and include a whole-grain food.

Maybe it's:

🥣 Oatmeal at breakfast
🍞 Whole-wheat toast with lunch
🌯 A whole-grain tortilla at dinner
🍚 Brown rice with your favorite meal
🍿 Popcorn for a snack

That's it!

No complicated recipe. No major grocery haul. Just one small opportunity to include a whole grain.
