We Will Ride Therapeutic Riding Inc. The partnership between human and horse, already ancient when first human records were set down, has enriched our imaginations for countless generations.

We Will Ride offers individualized programs of Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies for people with disabilities aimed at enhancing their physical, mental, emotional, and social functioning in everyday life. The challenges and rewards of horseback riding can have a special power, a healing power, for people with disabilities. The horses gentle rhythmic movement is similar to human walking, mov

ing the riders joints, stretching and toning muscles, promoting balance, and encouraging relaxation. The special relationship with the horse engages the rider's mind and heart, focusing attention, rewarding patience and precision, and inspiring affection. Collaboration with instructors, therapists, and fellow students brings independence, confidence and pride along with building comradership and mutual respect. As the oldtime horse folk saying goes "Nothing is so good for the inside of a human than the outside of a horse."
