The Ridgefield Fathers Clubs just turned 8!
Eight years ago today the Ridgefield Fathers Club was founded on a wild idea - what if a bunch of dads got together to hang out, have a couple of beers, and make some new friends. No suits, no agendas — just sharing stories, telling jokes, and experiencing the kind of laughs that only happen when you’re talking to someone who's been there and done that.
What started with a dozen dads has grown into 150 members, and twice as many followers. We've raised over $100,000 for local causes, fixed up community spots, delivered goody bags, and reminded every dad in town that you don’t have to do this alone.
We’ve had tons of meetups, held crazy events, and had more laughs than we can count, and built something that actually matters.
This isn’t just a club anymore… it’s proof that when dads get together, good things happen.
So here’s to the next 8 years — and maybe, just maybe, to the day when every town in America has its own Fathers Club chapter (coming soon!).

Hey Dads!
The Ridgefield Fathers Club is looking for a few good men to fill a couple spots left on its softball roster. You don't have to be from Ridgefield, just ready to knock the rust off those cleats and get back on the diamond. It’s the perfect excuse to get out of the house, work up a mild sweat, and knock back a few beers with the guys. We keep it fun and low-pressure. We play doubleheaders once a week (weeknights), starting around 7:30pm. Playoffs start after league play ends. The league kicks off April 20th. You don't need to be an all star, just the itch to play again. Reply if interested and our coach will reach out. Let’s get after it, fellas! ⚾🍺

I’m truly humbled and deeply honored to receive the Outstanding Community Leader Award from the Fathers Club of Ridgefield, Connecticut.

Ridgefield and this community mean so much to me. Being able to serve people every day through Dimitri’s Diner is something I’m very grateful for.

This recognition also belongs to my incredible team at Dimitri’s Diner — our amazing waiters, cooks, and staff who work hard every day and treat our customers like family. I’m very lucky to work with such dedicated people.

Thank you to the Fathers Club for this honor and for everything you do to support our community and families. It truly means a lot to me.

I’m proud and thankful to be part of such a wonderful community. 🙏
