Downtown Ridgefield Merges with Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce to Form New Events Committee
The Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the merger of Downtown Ridgefield with the Chamber, resulting in the creation of the Downtown Ridgefield Community Events Committee. This exciting development promises to enhance the vibrancy and connectivity of our beloved town.
All members of Downtown Ridgefield have the opportunity to join the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce, gaining access to an array of exclusive benefits designed to support and promote local businesses. Key advantages include:
Participation in the eGift Card Program: Now fully digital and operating like a MasterCard, the eGift card program has already achieved $35,000 in sales. This initiative encourages local spending, as the eGift cards can only be redeemed at participating Chamber member locations.
Enhanced Online Presence: Members will be featured on our robust website, in partnership with inRidgefield. Each company will have its own dedicated page, prominently marked as a Chamber member. This partnership also extends to collaborative social media content, ensuring members receive regular highlights on social platforms and blogs.
Networking and Sponsorship Opportunities: Members will have access to a variety of networking events and sponsorship opportunities, fostering connections and growth within the local business community.
The Downtown Ridgefield Community Events Committee will be chaired by Stephanie Heering of The Property Twins Team at Coldwell Banker Ridgefield and current President of Downtown Ridgefield, who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role. "The synergy of our combined teams will provide Chamber members with enhanced opportunities for business growth and success, while continuing the legacy of the Downtown Ridgefield events, like the Holiday Stroll, Spring Stroll and Fall in Love with Ridgefield," says Stephanie. Under her leadership, the committee will spearhead various initiatives to bring the community together through engaging and memorable events.
“We are excited about this merger and the benefits it brings to our members,” said Diana Spence, Executive Director of the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce. “This collaboration will strengthen our community, support our local businesses, and enhance the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.”
