Looking for some impactful summer reading for you or your child?

This school year, RPSF hosted a Family Education Night on parenting and anxiety in the smartphone era and we launched a book-share program!

We have copies of Jonathan Haidt’s books available for checkout. One is geared towards adults, while the other is perfect for kids ages 9-13.

We're looking forward to a fun evening with the community at the Ridgefield Raptors Baseball game this Tuesday! ⚾

Our community partner, iQ Credit Union, is sponsoring the Dash for Cash! After the 5th inning, kids ages 12 and under will get to head onto the field for a chance to pick up their share of $2,000 in cash. 💵

It's also $3 Tuesday, featuring $3 grass berm tickets, hot dogs, nachos, beer, and bottled soda. Plus, the first 100 fans to order at the main concessions stand behind home plate will receive a free $3 concession item of their choice.

We'll have a table at the main entrance and will be handing out pinwheels to the first 200 kids. Say hello on your way in—we'd love to see you!

We are honored to receive the WASA Community Leadership Award.

Founded in 2009 by parents who saw a need and chose to meet it, the Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation has invested more than $500,000 into our students, schools, and community.

From supporting the Family Resource Center and helping families access essential resources, to funding driver's education, music lessons, and classroom grants, our mission is to bridge the gap between public resources and create opportunities for students to thrive.

As Superintendent Dr. Jenny Rodriquez from Ridgefield School District shared:

"They are the quiet angels that work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our students, teachers, and community have what they need to be cared for and successful."

This recognition belongs to every donor, volunteer, partner, and supporter who has invested in the future of Ridgefield students. Thank you for helping us make a difference, one student at a time.

We are still buzzing from last night’s wonderful turnout at McMenamins Pub at Kalama Harbor Lodge! A massive thank you to our amazing community and McMenamins for their fundraising!

Because of your generosity, we are able to:

🎓 Fund student scholarships for drivers' education, college, trade schools, and post-high school training
🍎 Provide grants to enrich educational opportunities for students
🤝 Support the efforts of the Ridgefield Family Resource Center
