RVNAhealth Investing in the Future of Healthcare!

This week, we celebrated something truly special: the third graduating class of our RVNAhealth CNA Training Program! 15 talented new CNAs have completed their training and are ready to begin meaningful careers in healthcare. We couldn't be prouder to welcome them to the RVNAhealth team.

When we launched this program in 2024, it was a longstanding dream — to create a pathway into healthcare for aspiring caregivers while strengthening the future of care for our community. Three classes and 36 graduates later, that dream is a reality.

CNAs are the heart of our care teams. They spend more time with our patients than almost anyone else — providing essential care, comfort, and companionship right in the place patients call home.

Congratulations to our 12 graduates! 👏 And a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has helped make this program such a success.

🍁We are honored to celebrate the Bossidy Family and the enduring legacy of Nancy and Larry Bossidy at this year’s RVNAhealth Autumn Dinner.

✨Nancy and Larry Bossidy’s extraordinary generosity, leadership, and commitment to philanthropic efforts and strengthening their communities helped advance RVNAhealth's mission for decades. Larry's leadership as Honorary Chair of our Campaign for Tomorrow helped establish the RVNAhealth Center for Exceptional Care headquarters on Governor Street, and he remained a close advisor and friend of the agency until his passing in 2025. Their legacy continues through the Bossidy family's continued leadership and volunteer service. We are very grateful for the Bossidy family’s enduring support of our hospice, public health, and wellness programs.

🥑Holy Guacamole! A Tex-Mex Cooking Class🌮

Bold flavors and bright colors come together in this cooking class featuring some Tex-Mex classics! We’ll create healthy versions of some Tex-Mex favorites, using bright vegetables, lean proteins and plenty of fresh herbs. 😋You will not miss the saturated fat, salt and added sugar in these robust, flavorful, good-for-you dishes! We’ll discuss the nutrition benefits of the ingredients and easy modifications that can be made.

This class is casual, engaging, and the recipes are surprisingly simple! Come hungry and ready to cook, learn and celebrate the vibrant flavors of Tex-Mex cuisine! Everyone will leave with the recipes and knowledge to
recreate this meal at home. Some demo, mostly hands on.🙌 This class is nut-free and gluten-free.
