This evening at the Sierra Sands School Board Meeting, we are pleased to present our volunteer of the year "Rose Award" to a remarkable individual. Behind every exceptional educational institution lies a community of devoted parents, and Ashley has been at the forefront of this effort. As our PTO President, she consistently demonstrates unwavering dedication, going above and beyond her responsibilities. Whether coordinating intricate fundraising initiatives or organizing events that foster a sense of community among our families, Ashley approaches every task with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset. Her selfless contribution of time is the most valuable gift one can offer. This evening, we honor Ashley not merely for her impressive organizational skills, but for the passion and commitment she brings to every endeavor for the benefit of our children. Congratulations, Ashley, our Volunteer of the Year!

Yesterday was the start of our Teacher Appreciation Week! We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Root & Bloom for donating salt sessions for all of our staff! You’re seriously amazing and thank you so much for supporting our school and spoiling our teachers!! ♥️

Go 🦁 Lions!!!

Las Flores achieved a remarkable 96.69% attendance rate yesterday, securing our victory in the attendance challenge against Shining Faller Suns. As a reward, all students enjoyed an additional 15-minute recess at the end of the day. To commemorate our success, Mrs. Tate was presented with a complimentary Starbucks drink by Ms. Brown, the principal of Faller Elementary. Congratulations to Las Flores on this outstanding accomplishment.
