Consider Donating on Giving Tuesday 🌲

❤️ This Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, we invite you to support the Mon Forest Towns by donating to our year-end fundraising campaign 🌳

🤝 Nearly a decade ago, communities and partners from across the Monongahela National Forest gathered to discuss how collaboration and shared resources could inspire generational change. 🏘️ Today, the Mon Forest Towns Partnership carries out diverse programming across the region to advance our 12 gateway communities 🥾 and build a sustainable outdoor recreation economy 🚴 in the ❤️ of West Virginia.

🎉 2026 will be our biggest year yet, with new downtown trailheads, 🪧 wayfinding signage, community resources, 📈 business support, and trail stewardship programs 🌱

🗓️ This year our goal is to raise $5000 to support our regional programs, including ⤵️
- Grant Writing Support
- Downtown Trailhead Development
- Regional Wayfinding Signage
- Community Self-Assessments

⚠️ Trail Construction Alert ⚠️

🪏 Please be careful on the Cranberry Tri-Rivers Rail Trail as new drains are currently being installed and ditch work is underway. While this work will hopefully set the trail up to stay dry for years to come, it also means sections of the trail will be very muddy for the time being!

🥾 Stay safe and support our work by remembering to follow principles when exploring!
