Some things you may not know about the Lions Club of Richwood and why we do fundraisers like the pancake feeds:
1. We not only provide but take care of putting the American Flags on Main St for each holiday
2. We provide financial support for 10-12 individuals annually in our area every year to receive an eye exam and a pair of eyeglasses
3. We collect and turn in 100-200 pairs of eyeglasses every year to be repurposed and recycled for optical missions around the world
4. We provide a annual scholarship for graduating Richwood High School Senior
5. We provide an annual Christmas Day Dinner for shut ins in our local area at no charge
These are just some of the services the Richwood Lions Club provides to our community. We are here to serve.
Due to the pandemic our fundraising efforts have been severely impacted this year. If you would like to assist us in providing these services to our community through volunteer work, financial donation or in membership please contact anyone of current members:
