“How We Roll: A History of Black Skating in Chicago” Event - December 8, 2018”

Tickets and t-shirts are available for How We Roll: History of Black Skating in Chicago event.

They will commemorate the very first day black people were able to roller skate indoors in Chicago. It’s 80 years later and there’s still a pretty big roller skate community in the windy city.

It will be an educational program followed by inter-generational skating and more. Appetizers will be served.
