🇺🇸 **Happy 250th Birthday, America!** 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate 250 years of courage, sacrifice, resilience, and the enduring spirit of freedom that defines our nation.

As we honor America's past, we also recognize those who have carried the weight of protecting that freedom—our military veterans. Their service doesn't always end when the uniform comes off, and many continue to face invisible battles long after their mission is complete.

At After the Action Healing Foundation, we believe that healing is one of the greatest ways we can honor their sacrifice. Through trauma-informed clinical hypnotherapy, we provide free services that help our heroes reduce stress, process trauma, and reclaim peace in their lives.

This Independence Day, let us celebrate not only our nation's history, but also our responsibility to care for those who have cared for us.

Freedom is strengthened when those who defended it have the opportunity to heal.
