Ugandan authorities cut internet access and limited mobile services across the country on Tuesday, two days before an election in which President Yoweri Museveni will stand for a contentious seventh term after four decades in power.

Here at both in Uganda and in the states, we are mourning the loss of

Mairim was a bright light to those she met and served with! The way she encouraged our staff and the ladies at the comforter's center is well remembered. We mourn with hope!
