Vote NO on Amendment 1 on November 3.

Question 1 would rewrite Virginia’s Constitution. Its sweeping “right to reproductive freedom” could cut parents out of their child’s most serious decisions:

Abortion
Sterilization
Gender transition

That is not protecting families. That is eliminating parental consent.

Read the amendments. Know what’s on them. Share this with your friends. Then vote NO.

Good morning, patriots. Amendment 2 also has no religious exemption for pastors, churches, or people with a moral objection. Vote NO.

Please do not believe the lie that the church should stay out of politics.

Pastor Gary Hamrick: the First Amendment was not written to keep the church out of government. It was written to keep the government out of the church.

Jefferson’s “wall of separation” was a reassurance to the Danbury Baptists that the state cannot run the pulpit. Courts later twisted that letter — and too many pastors went quiet.

Silence has a cost in Virginia this November.

Question 1, the abortion amendment, would lock a sweeping “reproductive freedom” right into the Constitution. Family Foundation warns it applies to the “individual,” not just adults — threatening parental consent — and replaces three-doctor late-term safeguards with one physician’s “mental health” call.

Question 2 strikes “one man and one woman” and lists s*x and gender as separate categories — writing gender ideology into our highest law and putting girls’ sports, private spaces, schools, businesses, and churches in the crosshairs.

The church was never called to be complacent.

Vote NO on Question 1 and Question 2 on November 3.

Morning, patriots. Amendment 2 has no exemption for girls’ sports, locker rooms, or shelters. A biological male can be treated as female because the Constitution said “gender.” Vote NO.

Vote NO on Amendment 1 on November 3.

The ballot question is not the amendment. The summary is soft. The fine print is not.

It grants a sweeping new right to “the individual” — not the adult. That includes your children. Parental consent and notification would be gone.

It also means:
Zero safeguards for late-term abortion
Zero protection from traffickers, abusive partners, and a for-profit industry
Zero voice for parents

A NO vote does not ban abortion in Virginia. It keeps current law — including parental consent.

No safeguards. No deal. Vote NO on November 3.

Good morning, patriots. Once “s*x” and “gender” are split in the Constitution, schools, businesses, and agencies get pressured to treat them as different things. That is the Amendment 2 fight. Vote NO.

Good morning, patriots. Same-s*x marriage is already legal in Virginia. Amendment 2 does not “legalize” it. It rewrites the Constitution and separates “s*x” from “gender.” Vote NO on 2.

Good morning, patriots. If a baby is born alive after an attempted abortion, Amendment 1 does not clearly require that child to receive care. That should not be a close call. Vote NO on 1.
