We are thrilled to collaborate with Girls For A Change by hosting editing workshops for participants in Her Journey Home.

Today was the first of four full-day sessions in which the girls are working alongside mentors, including several OA JET alumni, to shape their footage and reflections into short documentaries about their transformational journey to Ghana. Their films will explore the preparation, the journey itself, and how the experience continues to shape their identities, interests, and hopes for what comes next.

We are grateful to for supporting the participation of OA JET alumni as mentors in this project.

We can’t wait to see the stories they bring to the screen!

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to Studio Two Three last night. While the evening was not what we originally planned- it worked out beautifully. We laughed, we cried, we toasted the passing of the iconic Dolly Partin. Huge thank you to kate.elizabethfowler and Ashley Hawkins for not only hosting us at StudioTwoThree, but also helping us pivot when necessary. And to everyone who donated online or at the event, much gratitude! We are doing our best to keep things rolling in the wake of funding challenges. So grateful for all those in our community who continue to support us and our work. And for the generosity of partners like Studio Two Three 💞
