Are you available to assist a teacher with one of the clubs this fall? The Enrichment Program will meet on Tuesdays starting Nov. 11 from 3:45-4:45pm and run for 5 weeks.

On Thursday, October 16, from 5 to 7 p.m., our WHES staff is transforming the school into a mini-carnival!

There will be game booths for every grade level, pizza, a DJ, face painting, and awesome community vendors like the library, fire, and police departments, and more. It's a big deal for our families, and we need a village to make it happen.

Our request: One hour of your time! Whether you help with setup, hand out pizza slices, greet families at check-in or grab a trash bag during cleanup.

☂️WHES Courtyard Cleanup Rescheduled for Rain! ☂️

We originally had our WHES Courtyard Painting & Clean-Up Day scheduled for Tuesday, 10/08, but with rain in the forecast, we’re shifting to Friday, 10/10 at 9AM.

We’re still hoping for a great turnout — and we could really use a few extra hands! We’ll be there from 9AM to around 1:30PM, but you don’t need to stay the whole time — even an hour or two of your time would be a huge help!

Happy Fall! We have a lot of exciting events coming up in the fall, including the Fall Festival! Thank you to everyone who volunteered at Back to School night. One of our big priorities this year is to support the monthly family engagement events so your support and participation means a lot.

WHES Spirit Wear: Our bonfire store is open so you can show your school pride. These are made to order and will be shipped directly to you. The first batch will be shipped in early October. Be sure to check out all the fun new styles and colors that we have available.
