💛📚 Just because we’ve been a little quieter doesn’t mean we’ve stopped working. 📚💛

At Thriving BoldHeart Foundation, we believe in showing up for our community in ways that matter.

We were honored to bless Brittany, a Kindergarten teacher at Miles Jones Elementary School, with classroom supplies and a $50 Costco gift card to help prepare her classroom for a successful school year.

As parents and teachers gear up for another school year, we know the preparation that happens behind the scenes is just as important as the first day of school. Teachers continue to pour so much into our children, and we’re grateful to support them however we can.

You may not have seen us posting as much since our Back-to-School Summer Bash, but don’t mistake our silence for stillness.

💛 We’re still moving.
💛 We’re still being bold.
💛 We’re still serving.
💛 And we’re still making an impact throughout our community.

Join us on Saturday, August 8th, from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM for our Car Wash & Fish Fry at AutoZone, 7506 W. Broad Street, Henrico.

This fundraiser is more than just washing cars and serving great food—it’s another opportunity for our athletes, families, and community to come together as we continue building a program that teaches teamwork, discipline, leadership, and pride.

Whether you’re stopping by for a delicious fish plate, getting your vehicle sparkling clean, or simply coming by to say hello, your support helps create opportunities for the youth in our community throughout the season.

Are you dependable, organized, and a experienced professional who is ready to lead a Center-based and Non-Centered based Day Support Program in Petersburg, Virginia.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has experience supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Has previous supervisory, lead staff, program coordination, or management experience
• Can confidently supervise, train, and hold staff accountable
• Understands the importance of accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Can organize meaningful community-based activities and person-centered supports
• Communicates professionally with staff, individuals, families, and leadership
• Is hands-on, reliable, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and does not need to be constantly reminded of responsibilities

This position is best suited for someone who can balance leadership, compliance, staff development, program organization, and direct involvement in daily operations.

**Position:** Day Support Manager
**Location:** Petersburg, Virginia
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Salary Range:** $41,600–$52,000 annually
**Benefits:** Health insurance

Applicants should have at least two years of experience supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities and at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
