A meaningful morning representing Hutchison at Lamar CISD’s 4th Annual Promise to Parents Brunch.

We had the opportunity to hear from Superintendent Dr. Nivens, who shared more about LCISD’s continued growth as a hypergrowth district, now serving more than 50,000 students, and the importance of creating opportunities and pathways for every student to succeed.

That commitment can be seen in programs like Bright Futures Academy, which provides another pathway designed to meet students where they are and help them continue moving forward. We also toured the new Career & Technical Education Center, where we saw firsthand the incredible hands-on learning and career-focused opportunities available to students.

One of our biggest takeaways: success doesn’t have to look the same for every student — what matters is making sure every student has a path forward.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and bring these takeaways back to our Hutchison community. 🐝💛

𝗗𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻! 🐝

Our Dads on Duty crew was out Friday morning helping keep the parking lot moving during the Grandparents Day Breakfast — and looking official in their new tees! 👏

We’re excited to have this group volunteering their time throughout the year to lend an extra hand around campus and support our Hutchison students, staff, and families.

Thank you to everyone who has already jumped in, we’re looking forward to growing the crew!
