For this Fiji Friday we would like to acknowledge our Outstanding Brother, Luke English.

Luke did a great job with recruitment and PR these last few months, and continuing to demonstrate what it means to be a model Phi Gam man. We value Luke’s hardworking and creative mindset and are very proud of him as a collective!

Yesterday the brothers of Phi Gamma Delta spent a wonderful afternoon cleaning up the streets of campus with the lovely ladies of Zeta Tau Alpha. We appreciate everyone that came out and helped us with our cleanup! We would like to remind everyone to do their part in keeping our community clean and wildlife safe by doing the simplest deed and throwing away your trash! 🌎♻️✌️

FALL RUSH SEASON IS HERE!
We are excited to finally announce our plans for this semester. Read below for more info. ⬇️⬇️
Our first event will be “Meet the Fijis” Taco Tuesday on September 6th. This will be a great chance to meet some of the guys and grab some free tacos. 🌮
Next, on Thursday the 8th we will be in cary st gym for “Fiji Field Day”. We have basketball courts and a turf field rented out inside to run some games from 3-6pm. 🏀
For our last open-invite event we have a grill-out at 117 S Pine to keep getting to know brothers. Contact Luke or Ben to stay in touch with details. 🍖
For our last event we are hosting our exclusive invite only “Black Diamond Night”. For those who receive an invite more information will be provided. 💎

Today marks the three year anniversary of the passing of our brother, Brandon Dorns. Brandon was a kind, funny, and uplifting individual. His presence and energy was unmatched.

Brandon was somebody who was always there for his people when they needed him. Today, we reflect on and appreciate the life of Brandon Dorns.

Make sure you tell the people in your life that you love them and cherish each moment and day you have on earth!

We miss and love you, Brandon, Stay Up💜

This past Friday, VCU College of Engineering hosted the 25th Engineering Capstone Expo where seniors present their design projects 8 months in the making. One of our brothers, Ben Jewell and his team placed 1st, obtaining the 2022 Capstone Excellence in Design Award for Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering. Ben’s project “3-D Modeling and Analysis of Byrd Park Pump House Machinery” materials are going to the non-profit “Friends of the Pumphouse” and Byrd Park Pumphouse in effort to help further the mission of the non profit and restore the building to its former glory.

5 of our graduating engineers were honored to attend and participate in the first in-person Expo in 3 years. We would like to take this time to congratulate these brothers on their hard work and dedication. We can’t wait to see what you create in the future. 💜
