We had an outstanding workday for the MLL Day of Service. Thank you to Nate and Saba with Parks and Rec for organizing the volunteer signup and for the supplies. Thank you to the volunteers including Mayor Avula and his family for all their hard work! We’re growing something beautiful this year!

Since 2015, we've worked to revitalize this space and to make it open and inviting for everyone.

We've also dealt with some vandalism and theft in that time, but burning all the books in our free library was never something I thought would happen.

It's unfortunate that we've come to this place where we have to consider fencing off our community garden to protect the investment of our gardeners.

I know other gardens have dealt with similar issues. Please give us any feedback you may have about how we can move forward and still provide access to our beautiful space.
