Good afternoon: on Tuesdays and Thursdays I walk with a few ladies in the morning and this morning I was struggling with my legs swollen and hurting real bad I have bone spurs in both knees. so I was thinking about canceling but as I started talking I thought I'm going to push through this and not exercising for so many years and now exercising, the pain is going to be there so I'm going to push through the pain. Going to focus on trying to be better about exercise. So if you're struggling with the decision to push through something or not do it I encourage you to push through the pain or push through the fear and do it afraid and just follow what God is telling you and try to make your life a better life just all around in every avenue of your life.

Good morning: may you have a blessed day. Take it one second at a time if you have to, but put forth the effort to make changes in your life. We sometimes want the easy road sit back and expect God to do all the work. I have some this the past few years I didn't put the work in. It doesn't work like that, God will put people in our lives to guide and direct us on what we need to do. Take the time today or start putting a plan in place to make the necessary changes needed in your life to live a productive life. Don't just sit idly by while your life just goes by. Don't just exist. Truly live in the life that God has called you for. We all have a purpose. Start living yours. Make it count!!!!

Good evening: One thing that stays on my mind from the day I accepted Jesus Christ in my life I have had on my heart those who aren't saved. I worry about their salvation and the hurt is real that I don't want them to go to hell. If you are passing by this post and you want to know Jesus I encourage you to get on a Bible app or pull out a Bible and go to Romans 10:9 accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. If you have never given him the opportunity to show up in your life and guide your path, I encourage you to do that today it is worth it.

Good morning: This morning I am struggling with my mental health and the devil is filling me full of self doubt. Prayers are welcomed. I have been talking to my support team and journaling and reading in Joel again. And what keeps filling my spirit is " Worthy is your name Jesus" his name stands above all. And I want to be his Willing vessel. Where he leads I will follow. Thank you for listening have a good day.

Good evening: Today was a rollercoaster day. Many emotions, lots of encouragement ending with an inspiring meeting that reminds me no one is perfect and I am not yet complete. God puts a calling on our hearts and we accept the call on our lives. We make our relationship number one with God, pray about everything and start building our new lives. Self doubt and deception is flooding our mind. We get discouraged without realizing. that's one of the devil's tricks to turn us away from God. Tonight I encourage you to remember what Paul says in Philippians 3: 12
Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took good if me.

Remember God wants to use you. Don't let the devil in.. Stay the course, keep your faith and remember he wants you to fully love him and he uses broken people.

Good morning: mental health is so prevalent in this world. The devil creeps in and steals your peace, your mission for God, your ability to focus and you lose your strength to even live. It's debilitating and consumes your every thought to where you cannot concentrate. You try to fight it daily until you are self medicating in some way and an addiction comes to light and consumes you even more. There feels like no hope of overcoming both the mental illness and the addiction you are in because the addiction becomes a symptom of your bigger problem which is mental health. We feel no hope and taking our own life or praying for God to just take us home to heaven seems to be the only answer. Today I encourage you to not take lightly your mental health, reach out get help from others to motivate and encourage you to try something new, both from professionals and loved ones. You are first and foremost loved by God. Put him first in everything you do. I know that can seem like a big task just give your best every day to ask God to help you through your struggles, the more you do this the easier it becomes. God wants what's best for you. We all have a purpose. I encourage you to live your purpose knowing that you are worth feeling true happiness and joy. Smile because you really mean it and you're not wearing a mask. God tells us not to focus on the past but stay focused one day at a time. As he told lot and his wife when they left S***m she looked back and became a pillar of salt. Genesis 19:26. We stay focused on the past which keeps us from fully moving forward. Isaiah 43: 18-19. Remember not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold I will do a new thing. Man does God want to use you for his glory. He wants you to come out of the darkness that kept you so bound and use you to tell others of his love, grace and mercy. Don't let mental health and addiction keep you bound and chained and speechless. Allow God's light to shine through you today. Get out of yourself and share the good news. Don't let the devil leave you voiceless. Your testimony is the most powerful thing you have. USE IT!!! Jesus is the way the truth and the light. John 14:6. Have a blessed day if no one has told you today I love you.

Good evening. The most difficult seasons in life we tend to forget God is still a merciful and healing God. We try to handle life's trials ourselves and wonder why we feel so fearful and alone. Tonight I encourage you to give God your all. Make sure you are calling on him and not forgetting he wants to take the burdens you are feeling. Determination to fight the devil, don't let him steal your joy tonight. Tonight rest good in the arms of Jesus.
