Since 2024, The Virginia Cliffe Inn has generously hosted our biggest fundraising event of the year, Making Spirits Bright Night.

This beautiful bed and breakfast and event venue, located in the heart of Henrico County, has provided the backdrop for this special occasion when we come together as a community to support struggling families with children, seniors, and adults with disabilities during the holiday season.

Did you know that in 2025, we served 4,696 families? Come join us on July 25 and be transported to a tropical paradise, featuring authentic live music, festive drinks, and a menu inspired by the flavors of Hawaiian cuisine. An evening of fun to brighten the holidays for a neighbor in need.

Today, we celebrate Ann McGee for her extraordinary year of service as the 2025 Henrico Christmas Mother.

Ann worked tirelessly to share Henrico Christmas Mother's mission to provide qualifying Henrico County families, seniors, and disabled adults with food, new toys, books, clothing, and other gift items during the holiday season. Under her leadership, we served 4,696 individuals, including 2,493 children, and 885 seniors, and disabled adults.

A passionate advocate for our neighbors in need, Ann led our organization in a record-breaking fundraising effort in 2025, including our signature summer event, Making Spirits Bright Night, an evening of celebration with dinner, drinks, and food to help those in our community who struggle during what should be a joyous and magical time for all.

Ann, thank you for your dedication, compassion, and generosity. You embody our motto: neighbors helping neighbors!

Making Spirits Bright Night will take place on Saturday, July 25, at Virginia Cliffe Inn. For tickets and more information, visit the link in our Instagram bio or follow this link: https://givebutter.com/making-spirits-bright-night-2026. 🌺
