A Peace of Me was honored to provide lunch for approximately 75 wonderful seniors at The Woods at Victoria Park Senior Facility. What may seem like a simple meal is so much more—it’s an opportunity to share kindness, create connections, and remind our elders that they are valued, appreciated, and loved. Being able to give back, even in a small way, is a privilege we do not take lightly.

Thank you to The Woods at Victoria Park for welcoming us, and thank you to the amazing seniors. We look forward to many more opportunities to serve🖤🖤

We came, we scooped, we melted a few cones… and somehow made an amazing fundraiser happen! 🍦💛

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, donated, shared a post, bought ice cream, or simply showed love and support. Because of YOU, this fundraiser was filled with laughter, community, brain freezes, and so much positivity.

Your support means more than words can express, and every scoop helped make a difference. We’re beyond grateful for this community and all the kindness poured into this event.

Today marks 2 years of A Peace of Me 🖤

What started as a vision to give back has grown into a movement rooted in compassion, community, and commitment. Over the past two years, we've been able to reach more families, support more individuals, and create moments of hope where they were needed most, and none of it would be possible without you.

To our volunteers who show up with open hearts, our donors who continue to pour into this mission, and our community that trusts and supports the work we do, thank you. Your belief in A Peace of Me is what fuels everything. This journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has always been worth it. Every life touched, every smile restored, and every burden lightened reminds us why we started and why we’ll keep going.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re looking ahead with excitement and anticipation. We’re ready for new partnerships, new opportunities, and even greater impact. Our mission remains the same: to uplift, support, and stand beside families and individuals in our community.

Here’s to growth, purpose, and continuing to give a piece of ourselves to others.
