Our 4-H Fishing Club had another successful night. Big thank you to Ben Walker and his family for hosting us and Brandon Hazlett and family for helping us out! Also special shout out to Ms Ava for making 3D trophies for our participants for biggest catch, most fish caught, and other fun awards.
Our kids had a blast. This was the last fishing club meeting for the season but we still have tons of outdoor clubs for kids (Hiking Club, Outdoor Adventure, Wildlife). Be sure to check them out!

(A Very) Hungry Book Club is TONIGHT from 6:00-7:00 PM!

4-Hers and families interested in gardening--this ones for you! Enjoy a class on growing garlic! There will also be a "garden item swap." See details for registering below!

The garlic has arrived! 🧄

Come to Garden Palooza on Saturday, October 17th at 9:30 am here at the Madison County Extension Office to learn how to grow garlic. Everyone attending will receive a garlic bulb to plant at home!

After the garlic class we will have a garden/plant swap. Bring any of the following items to the swap: plants, gardening books (or magazines), tools, seeds or any other garden item. Please do not bring chemicals, invasive or weedy plants or non horticulture books.
