Shoutout to our August Volunteer of the Month, Anne Wolff! 🌟

Anne has been helping at our Chesterfield ReStore for more than three years! From pricing to staging to sales, she has assisted our team is many ways. She says her favorite part of volunteering with Habitat is, "The people! From the management, staff, and especially the volunteer 'regulars', there is such a sense of community and camaraderie that is rare in today's world."

Today, we celebrated two of our newest Richmond Habitat homeowners with a double home dedication! 🎉🎉

Monique and Barbara are each closing on their houses in one of our newly built duplexes, marking an exciting new chapter filled with the opportunities that affordable homeownership can provide.

A big thank you to Capital One , our Community Impact Sponsor for the Framing the Future Gala!

Thanks to their generous support, we’re bringing a piece of the Habitat build experience right to the Altria Theater. Gala guests will have the opportunity to walk through and sign the framing of a future Habitat home before heading inside for the evening’s celebration.

And this isn’t just a display. After the Gala, the framing will be used to help build a real Habitat home for a local family. 🏠

It’s not often that staff from every part of Richmond Habitat get to be in the same place, so we loved having the chance to spend time together, have some fun, and celebrate our incredible team.

It takes all of us to build homes, communities, and hope. 💙
