Part 2! Back with 3 more great meditation tips from our time spent with !

1. Find an object of meditation and keep coming back to it- it could be the breath or a good quality you are trying to develop like patience or compassion.
2. When your mind wanders, don’t fight it just gently return your attention to your object of meditation.
3. After your meditation remember the good qualities you developed and let that guide everything you think, say, and do throughout your day.

Throwback to when spent some time with and ! Here is our teacher Hayes going through 3 great tips for successful meditations-

1. Create a clean and quiet space to meditate in
2. Spend time getting in a comfortable position with a straight back (but not tense)
3. Always begin by developing a positive wish to benefit yourself and others through your meditations
