As active members of CREW Richmond, Laura and Eliza share a passion for creating thriving communities.
Laura, a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 11 years of experience, leads mixed-use, residential, retail, and commercial land development projects throughout Virginia, managing everything from preliminary site planning and feasibility through civil design and construction administration. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and project teams and helping create developments that positively impact the communities they serve.
Eliza has lived and worked in Richmond for 20 years, helping shape places where the region can move, gather, and grow. As Kimley-Horn’s local Landscape Architecture leader and a Project Manager, she brings creative vision, practical problem-solving, and a deep connection to her community to every project. Eliza especially enjoys seeing projects she has worked on become part of the community and experiencing those places with her family and friends.
Together, they embody Kimley-Horn’s collaborative approach, combining diverse perspectives, technical expertise, and a commitment to client success to every project.
