Still feeling inspired after our March Luncheon at Maymont ✨

We had an incredible conversation around negotiation, self-promotion, and stepping confidently into your value—led by Suzanne Gardner and an amazing panel of industry leaders. From real-life experiences to actionable strategies, this discussion challenged us to advocate for ourselves and our clients with authenticity and confidence.

A few key takeaways:

✔ Own your accomplishments—no apologies

✔ Preparation is power in every negotiation

✔ Your voice, perspective, and identity are strengths

Thank you to our speakers and everyone who joined us for such an honest and impactful discussion. 👏

Five leaders from CREW Richmond Chapter recently headed to California to represent us at the CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit in Costa Mesa, and they’re bringing the momentum back home!

Amy Broderick, Stephanie Golembeski, Peter Larsen, Elizabeth Steele, and Brenda Elliott Karp joined chapter leaders from across the country to exchange ideas, strengthen leadership strategies, and explore new ways to build impact within our industry. From dynamic sessions on resilience and collaboration to meaningful peer connections, the summit delivered practical insights we’re excited to put into action in Richmond.

The group also spent time at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and connecting outside the conference space — because strong chapters are built on strong relationships.

We’re energized, inspired, and ready to elevate what’s next for CREW Richmond! Stay tuned.
