Big feelings start early, and so do the skills to manage them! ✨

Students at created sensory calm-down bottles during small group, learning simple strategies to pause, regulate their emotions, and find calm. These early lessons in self-awareness and emotional regulation become building blocks for navigating challenges, relationships and transitions as students grow.

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we spent time with our Site Coordinator and artist extraordinaire, Mr. Perez. Students created a project celebrating their school community, their language and their heritage.

But the real magic is Mr. Perez . His energy alone tells students: come as you are. On the good days and the hard ones, his space is a place where students can show up fully, create, connect, and know they belong.

And when students are given the space to be all that they are, beautiful things happen. ✨
