I was just compiling meeting minutes of Occupy RVA meetings. If anyone has access to the Google Doc account with the minutes of the meetings between Oct. 16, 2011 through Nov. 3, 2011, please contact me because I am interested in publicly preserving access to these documents.

Here is the document I have been able to create using Archive.org's Wayback Machine. Thanks for your help!

The Occupy Richmond - Media Team has been pretty slack! There have many great actions by former-occupiers this year. From participating and helping to organize protests against attacks on Women's rights by the Virginia General Assembly, Cooch Watch 2012, helping to save Rain's house from foreclosure through crowd-funding, and recently working on the Socks For Inmates campaign which raised over 1700 sock for inmates in Richmond's City Jail.

Former Richmond Occupiers have remained committed to working for positive change in the social and political realms.

Here's a video that describes the Virginia People's Assembly, and an invitation to you to come be a part of this event on Saturday, January 5.

Have you heard about this? If you can afford to give any amount of money, you can help fellow Occupier Rain and her daughter Summer stay in their house. We are getting closer every hour to the goal. The plan is to go to VHDA and make a final payment to end the foreclosure process. People have given over $12,500 in less than 72 hours. This is amazing. Please help if you can.

It's been a long time since I've posted anything. In lieu of a Thursday night meeting why not watch us meander through at Sunday's General Assembly meeting.
