Tonight we will be meeting at central umc tonight at 5pm.
We will be discussing how believers in the early church graduated to become leaders in the church!
We will also be discussing our Oasis party as well.

Hello Oasis Family,
I have some bad news; my family and I have some down with some rough flu virus. And because of that I will be cancelling Oasis tonight =(. We will need to reschedule for next week, where we will talk about lessons learned from Jesus before the birth of the church. We will be meeting at 5pm at Central UMC.
I will be sending out an email about our mission trip, along with fundraiser information for out mother's day brunch after church. Keep us in prayers, and please read John 13:1-17 to know what we will be talking about next week.

The cooking class will begin at 5pm, we will have a short parents meeting at 430 to discuss our mission trip this June for Parents of kids who are interested in coming.

Due to Spring Breaks, we will postpone our cooking class for this week to next week!
Our cooking class for next week, will be teaching our students how to prepare and cook/bake comfort food!
We will also have a special Easter interaction lesson as well.

I hope to see you all, as we join together tonight to explore the story of Jonah! His story is rich with interesting ethical questions. The main focus of the evening will be about the importance of Mercy and Justice! Hope to see you all at 5pm!

Everyone else I hope to see you at Oasis this evening. We are going to be talking about mental health in the bible along with learning more about Paul and his troublesome thorn.

Big reminded that all rsvp, money and permission slips are due today. Please turn in all things of you plan on coming to WinterJam and the lock-In.

Hey all hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
Due to my family being exposed to covid and out the abundance of caution I am canceling oasis for tonight.
We will pick up our discussion on mental health in the bible next week. Hope everyone enjoys the super bowl and ill see you all then. Blessings

Good morning, Oasis Family!
Due to what experts can only describe as Snowmageddon the sequel!
We will not be meeting for Oasis today!
However, with WinterJam right around the corner, some things do need to be mentioned.
Oasis will be going to WinterJam Feb 21st and will be heading to Cincinnati OH, at 2pm.
With that I will need 3 things from everyone.

1) I need people (youth and parents) who are looking to go need to RSVP by Feb 15th.
-Students who are traveling alone will need to fill out Permission slips (which I will send out next week)
-Parents who want to come and might be able to help with Carpool I also need to speak with
-Students who also who are looking to attend our Lock-in need to also RSVP as well for food preparation.

2) Money for WinterJam needs to be turned into Heather at First UMC no later than Feb 15th, that way we can receive our tickets together. All tickets will be $15 a person

3) Lastly, we are in need of donations for the Lock-in. If any families would like to donate food, drinks or snacks for the lock-in, please reach out to me.

So sorry we couldn't meet up again, but I pray we will see each other very soon. Take care all and continue pray!
