Kentucky ASAP was created by the General Assembly in 2000 to promote the reduction of alcohol, to***co and other drug use through the implementation of comprehensive research-based strategies (KRS 12.330)
The Madison County Agency for Substance Abuse Policy Board works to develop a long-term strategy that is designed to reduce the incidence of ATOD, and promote effective treatment of substance abuse in Madison County.
