Hello Explorers, Relaxers, Rejuvenators,

Join us for a Free Wellness Holistic Event, Heart
Festival, in a wooded tranquil setting, in Henrico, VA on 26th August, from 10 am to 5 pm. We will be having free full-fledged Yoga, meditation, Tai-Chi, Gi-Gong, free healing sessions, fun-filled cooking demonstrations, and ongoing fitness assessments from local doctors, chiropractors and fitness experts

. Local bands will be there for live music and local food trucks will be there serving delicious food. This festival is a space for you to explore your mind-body-self connection and create your own reality!
