We appreciate our volunteers in Jackson County!

The first Tuesday of each month, the parking lot behind the Jackson County Public Library fills with food and vehicles. It’s all part of a mobile food bank that serves the community.

June is here! The fruit of the month is the almighty citrus GRAPEFRUIT! We will be distributing grapefruit this week at Gods Outreach Food Bank.
Did you know that grapefruit is a heart healthy,
good for your cholesterol and your gut?
And if you have one of those funky, pointed little grapefruit spoons (pictured below) it makes eating them easier and more enjoyable.
