PROC Foundation, Inc. - Beautillion The Foundation's signature program is it's Beautillion, which has been presented annually since 1995.

The Beautillion is the male version of a Cotillion/Debutante Ball. It provides male high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to participate in a variety of educational, social and cultural experiences. Participants also have an opportunity to earn scholarships for college. The Beautillion’s eight-month season culminates with a black-tie affair in November. Eligible young men should attend s

chools in Richmond or its surrounding areas. The young man should be either a high school junior or senior as of October 1. He should also to be in good standing in his school and community. Through the efforts of the Foundation’s Beautillion it has been able to provide scholarships to deserving male and female high school students. It has also been able to fund numerous community service programs.
