Open Arms Ministries seeks a part-time Outreach Director who will be responsible for directing marketing initiatives, fundraising, and donor relations related to the services and programs of Open Arms Ministries. The person in this position will cultivate, steward, and expand the relationships between the organization and donors at all levels (individuals, partner churches, groups and the business community) and positively market the services and needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to work as a team member as well as independently, and will possess a working knowledge of social media platforms and website development and maintenance. The prospective candidate should have two or more years of experience in marketing, philanthropy, fundraising, donor development or other relevant areas. A high school diploma or GED is required, a college degree in a relevant area is preferred.
