Morgan is a proud mother of two and a JAA parent who has already experienced firsthand the positive impact our organization has on youth and families in our community. Her passion for supporting young athletes, combined with her desire to serve, makes her an invaluable contibutor to our board.

Professionally, Morgan brings extensive experience in marketing, social media management, branding, community engagement, and event promotion. Throughout her career, she has successfully built community-focused marketing campaigns, managed social media platforms, created impactful promotional materials, and increased engagement through creative and consistent outreach efforts.

The Jacobs Athletic Association Board is excited to welcome Morgan and the expertise she brings to our organization. As Director of Digital Strategies, she will play a key role in strengthening and expanding JAA's digital presence, enhancing communication with our families, and helping us continue to elevate our programs and the experience we provide to the youth we have the privilege to serve.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Alycia Caldwell to the Jacobs Athletic Association Executive Board as our new Vice President! 🎉

Alycia has been an incredible leader as our Director of Cheerleading, dedicating countless hours to growing the program, expanding opportunities for young athletes, and creating an environment where participants can learn, thrive, and succeed. Through her vision, commitment, and passion, our cheerleading program has experienced tremendous growth and has positively impacted so many families throughout our community.

Her unwavering dedication to our mission and her heart for serving youth have made a lasting difference, and we are excited to see her bring that same energy, intentionality, and leadership to her new role as Vice President.

The Jacobs Athletic Association Board is thrilled to have Alycia step into this position as we continue working together to elevate our programs, strengthen our organization, and create even more opportunities for the youth in our community.

We would love to see our athletes take advantage of opportunities like this to continue growing their game this summer. Great players are built in the offseason, and camps like these are a great way to develop skills, build confidence, and stay in the gym. 🏀❤️
