So...the new Rotary Foundation model has started. You have qualified your club, signed the MOU and sent your Planning Horizon Form. What should our club be doing now? 1. Prepare your DSG Application. 2. Make sure you are up to date on grant reporting. And (here is the big one) 3. Have you written your Club Financial Management Plan? Qualified Clubs will be receiving a template early next week!
