Meet Ms. Keyah🩰
Hi everyone! I’m Keyah, and I’ve been a part of PDM Productions since the very beginning. I’ve had the opportunity to watch PDM grow and evolve over the years as a dancer in the production, and this season will officially be my 3rd year as one of the Directors!
I stepped into this role after unexpectedly losing my mom in 2024. PDM was something she truly treasured, and after she passed, continuing something that meant so much to her became even more important to me. What started as something I wanted to continue in her honor has honestly become one of my favorite parts of the entire year.
There’s just something so special about watching everything come together. I get to meet dancers at auditions, watch them grow throughout rehearsals, help them build confidence, create choreography that challenges them, and then finally watch them light up the stage. I love being able to bring joy to our dancers while also creating those special moments for their families and everyone sitting in the audience.
PDM is so much more than putting on a show for me. It’s family, tradition, memories, and a way for me to continue something my mom loved so deeply. I truly cherish this time of year, and I hope to continue doing this for many, many years to come.
