⭐️ Nonprofit leaders are facing a challenging season

Shifting funding, growing community needs, and the pressure to continue serving with limited resources.

That’s why Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services hosted the Money Matters Series: Practical Strategies For Non-Profit Leaders. A conversation centered on strategy, sustainability, collaboration, and community-driven solutions.

Throughout the event, speakers and attendees shared insight on fundraising, storytelling, relationship-building, and the importance of taking action now.

One of the biggest reminders from the day: nonprofit leaders do not have to navigate these uncertain times alone. There are communities, partnerships, and support systems that can help organizations continue to thrive.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this important conversation.

In uncertain times, community matters more than ever.

At the RNHS Money Matters Series, nonprofit leaders came together to discuss creative ways to close funding gaps, strengthen relationships, tell their stories more effectively, and continue serving the communities that depend on them.

The message was clear: your community is your currency.

⭐️ Development work is not done alone.

One of the biggest takeaways from the RNHS Emerging Developers Program Alumni Mixer was the importance of being in community with others who are doing the work, learning the process, and building toward a shared vision.

The more conversations we have, the more clearly we understand our role and the impact we can make together.

That is what community looks like. That is what RNHS continues to build.
