There have been over 100 applications started but only 40 submitted. The deadline to register for the 2026 Sincere Allah Expungement/Sealing Clinic is tonight at 11:30pm. For sealing of eligible City of Richmond charges and/or a mix of convictions and non-convictions, you MUST register… absolutely no exceptions.

For expungement (non-convictions in the City of Richmond), a limited number of walk ins will be accepted but it is highly recommended that you register in advance.

The 2026 Virginia Justice Conference returns to celebrate Nolef Turns Inc’s 10 years of service and impact across Virginia. Nolef Turns Inc., a Richmond, VA based re-entry and policy organization that provides direct service support to individuals impacted by long term incarceration. Join Virginia advocates, directly impacted community, legislators and other stakeholders to strategize and collaborate ahead of 2027 General Assembly. We will be hosting a free job and resource fair and free Richmond expungement/record sealing clinic for qualified individuals.

The 2nd Annual Virginia Justice Awards & Sneaker Ball will be held on September 12, 2026 from 6pm - 10pm in Richmond, VA (location provided upon registration). Join us as we celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Nolef Turns Inc.

We will be hosting our first ever expungement/sealing clinic for non-convictions in Richmond City only and eligible convictions. You may be eligible to expunge and/or seal those charges from your Virginia criminal record at no cost. Pre-registration is required by 8/31/26. No exceptions.

Expungement/sealing clinic is hosted by Nolef Turns Inc, Legal Aid Justice Center, University of Richmond School of Law, Capital One Legal Pro Bono, Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, Dominion Energy, Troutman Pepper Locke, Richmond Public Law Library, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), Richmond Public Defender’s Office and Richmond Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.
