Our Community Cares Camp, Inc. (OCCC) Founded in 2009, OCCC is a summer food service program & free enrichment day camp for children from Eastern Chittenden County.

Our core values include nutrition, community, opportunity, discovery, encouragement, empowerment, and racial equity. A day camp and food service program in Rural Vermont, serving fresh, local produce and partnering with local farms. Teaching campers k - 9 to cook and other practical skills as well as exposure to art, music and outdoor activities. Creative play in groups of varying sizes.

At Our Community Cares Camp, Inc. (OCCC), we’re gearing up for the global day of generosity, and we want you to be part of it.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re coming together to support the children and families who count on OCCC as a place to belong, grow, and thrive.

Because of your support this year, we:
✨ Helped 62 campers strengthen their STEM, reading, music, cooking, and art skills
✨ Built confidence and leadership through meaningful mentorship and team-based projects
✨ Served 2,028 healthy meals to ensure every child was nourished and supported
And on December 3, we’re asking our community to help us do even more.
