Thank you to our 2026 Summer Interns, Aly Czerniak and Caleb Cutchins, for bringing creativity, enthusiasm, and hard work to JOI all summer long.

Both are seniors at VCU graduating this December—Aly in Creative Advertising and Caleb in Strategic Advertising. We can’t wait to see what’s next for them! Thanks for an amazing summer, and you’ll always be part of the JOI family. 🎉
