Su***de is the second leading cause of death among 10 to 34-year-olds in the United States. Much of su***de has a correlation with depression and substance misuse—and while there is an epidemic of teen depression and su***de, only 45% of teen girls and 33% of teen boys who have experienced an episode of depression got treatment in 2019. This week we had the pleasure of presenting our check of $14,446 to the incredible people at Comfort Zone Camp. Even the tour of their offices is extremely touching. A week ago today, you guys and girls came out to support us once again at the 16th TrePadges Invitational at Dominion Club. Not only did we have great weather (and a pretty good party), we made a difference again. Because of your generosity, 23 kids can now go to Comfort Zone Camp. This is HUGE! 23 kids who have lost a parent or sibling will now be able to attend a Comfort Zone Camp that empowers children experiencing grief to fully realize their capacity to heal, grow and lead more fulfilling lives.

From a very appreciative and humbled board; thank you! Thank you for making a difference for children here in the heart of Virginia!
