Terrance Kelly Youth Foundation The Foundation provides community outreach for children and youth ages 5 – 17 through a variety of cultural, educational and community outreach programs. A. G. L.

Inspired by the memory of Terrance Kelly, who was violently gunned down in the Richmond community two days before he was to attend the University of Oregon on a scholarship, Landrin Kelly created the Terrance Kelly Youth Foundation (T.K.Y.F.). The Foundation’s programs include:

-Culinary Arts
-Computer Literacy
-Scholarships

The foundation strives to motivate

youth from impoverished communities to gain a broader view of the world, enabling the youth to rise above the negative circumstances prevalent in both the community and their lives. The foundation’s purpose is to impart the drive and necessary tools for the youth to succeed and become responsible citizens. Our Mission:
The mission of the T.K.Y.F. is to inspire and empower at-risk youth who face challenging circumstances to become successful productive, contributing members of society. The foundation strives to motivate the youth to seek education as an alternative. Our Goals:
1. To provide a safe, calm environment
2. To promote academic excellence
3. To guide the youth to make better decisions
4. To assist the youth in developing self-esteem
5. To provide tools that prepares the youth to realize their potential


The TKYF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
