Good morning FB. I just wanted to take time out to personally thank each and everyone of you who took the time out of your busy schedules to wish me Happy Father's Day, Happy Birthday and to check on me after my eye surgery this week.

It truly was overwhelming the number of FB friends and family that hit me up. My life has truly been changed by the responses and shout outs.

Each of you have a special place in my heart that I will keep with me forever. Again, thank you so much for making it special.

A Celebration of Life will be held, for Floyd M Brown Sr., on Monday July 17, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the:

Prince George County High School Auditorium
7801 Laurel Spring Road
Prince George, VA,. 23875

Rev. Dr. J. Alfred Reid, will be officiating the celebration.
Burial with full Military Honors, OES, and Masonic burial rights will follow at the Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg.

Public viewing will be held on Sunday July 16, 2023 from 12 Noon to 7 pm. at the funeral home.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the professional staff- Petersburg Chapel- Joseph M. Johnson & Son Funeral Home, 530 S. Sycamore St., Petersburg, VA, 23803 (804) 863-4411.

Breaking news from the 70th Conference of Grand Matrons and Grand Patrons at the Washington Dulles Airport Marriott.

PGWM Robin Brown has just been elected at the new President of the Conference of Grand Matrons and Grand Patrons. She becomes the first female from Virginia to hold that position as well as the first PGWM to ever be President of the Conference. Her first session to preside over will be May of 2019 in the Bahamas.

Congrats PGWM Brown.......
