Spring has arrived in full force! After a great ski season, we’re looking ahead to warmer days, lots of sunshine, and tons of time on trails.
Mountain bike season isn’t here yet, but will be here before we know it. Keep an eye on our Trailforks page — that’s where trail openings will be posted all season long. Whether you know these trails like the back of your hand or are riding here for the first time, there’s a lot of good ahead. Stay tuned!

Thanks for sharing a day filled to the brim with slushy spills and maple-soaked pancakes. You all are the best. 10th annual Cochran’s Nordic Cross, success!

This Saturday’s Nordic Cross is going to be an absolute blast!

Cochran’s most joyful, fun and chaotic race of the season—uphill sprints, downhill charges, slalom gates, jumps and obstacles, all on Nordic skis. Everyone is welcome to register and spectators joining the party are encouraged!

Stone Corral Brewery will be on-site with their mobile taproom, everyone from pre-schoolers to Olympians will be giving their best, and we’ll be celebrating one of the best winters we’ve had in years!

Pancake feast included. Come race, come watch, come celebrate spring.

Rope-a-Thon 2026 is complete! We cannot thank you all enough for the love and support you give this place.

You all put up some seriously incredible numbers:
220 participants
2,029 donors
$155,720 raised
10,800 rope-tow runs
5.4 million vertical feet

That represents a whole lot of people showing up for Cochran’s // for affordable skiing, for community, and for making sure this hill stays the kind of place where every kid gets to enjoy time on snow. To everyone who skied, donated, volunteered, sponsored, spectated, shared, and cheered: thank you. This hill has always run on community, and last weekend was a pretty amazing reminder of that.
