Anyone who’s spent a winter at Cochran’s will tell you the kids are what make this place special. They learn to ski and ride here, but they also learn to look out for each other, gain independence at their own pace, and cheer for the kid next to them.�
This season, we’re putting those values into words with the Cochran’s Promise. It’s a short set of commitments about kindness, making safe choices, including everyone, learning from mistakes, and having fun while helping others do the same.�
Every season pass holder will sign the Promise when they get their pass. It’s a way for all of us—kids, parents, coaches, and staff—to agree on how we want to show up on the hill together.

We’re proud of this community, and we think this says it well. You can read it in full on our website when you’re getting your pass.

Mark your calendars! Join us for a breakfast hangout at the Cochran’s lodge next Sunday, Oct 18 starting at 9AM. Come for breakfast, juice, coffee, and the best community around. A big thanks to Schaefer’s for providing 100 donuts! It will be a great, family-friendly morning to hang out with friends and neighbors.

Want to give back to the trails? A crew will be leaving the lodge at 10:30 to do some trail work, and you’re welcome to join. We’ll have a few tools on hand, but feel free to bring what you have, and bring gloves. See you there!

We still have a few spots open during Winter Break Week and February Saturdays for 4-Day Lessons and T-Bars for Tots programs. Plus, private lessons for kids and adults are available throughout the winter!
