Anglican Frontier Missions

Anglican Frontier Missions We plant biblically based, multiplying, indigenous churches where the church is not yet established

AFM is committed to going where the need is greatest, planting indigenous churches among the largest and least-evangelized peoples in the world, primarily in the 10/40 window. Although 67 generations have come and gone since Jesus' resurrection, over 2 billion people are still unreached. This Unseen 1/4th of the world has limited to no geographic and/or cultural access to the Gospel. AFM mobilizes

churches and sends short- and long-term missionaries to do pioneer, frontier missions, to areas where a viable and visible church still does not exist.

Prayer is a vital way in which we can support the work of missions. These prayers were utilized from New Wineskins new Litany for Missions, a great new resource for services and group prayers.

Join us every Thursday on Zoom for our AFM prayer call. Email [email protected] for access.

At AFM, we train our cross cultural workers to not just “go and tell” but to go and tell people about Jesus in a language they can understand and in a manner that makes sense to their lived experience.

If God is calling you to this kind of cross cultural work, find out more information with the links in our bio.

🙏 for every nation to know the love of God in Christ Jesus.

One of the best ways to support our cross cultural workers is through prayer. If you’d like to join AFM in praying for our cross cultural workers and the unreached, email: [email protected]

In the 12 years I've been serving as the director of AFM, I've visited over 100 churches in Anglican Church in North America. By far, Christ Church Anglican in Midland, TX, has the best coffee bar with 2 Keurig machines, 1 gourmet coffee machine (making lattes, etc.), and 4 pots of delicious coffee. MORE IMPORTANTLY, to my best knowledge, The Rev. Andrew Petta & his team in the Anglican Diocese of Fort Worth launched the first ever inter-agency New Wineskins Anglican Partners mission conference at an Anglican Church with multiple Anglican mission agencies, including New Wineskins Missions Network , Anglican Relief and Development Fund. The spirit of unity and mission was palpable among the saints at Christ Christ Church Anglican! Thank you!
