Dear Richmond First Members,

During lunch at our upcoming meeting on June 10, 2026, at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, we will hold elections for next year’s Board of Directors, as outlined in our bylaws. The slate of candidates was presented at our May meeting, and with no additional nominations from the floor, the nominations are now officially closed.

We are pleased to present the final slate of candidates:

We strongly encourage all members to attend the June 10 meeting and cast their votes in person. If you are unable to attend, you may still participate by submitting a written proxy. To do so, please:

Complete and sign the attached proxy statement.
Email the executed proxy to Sam Seeley, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, at [email protected] no later than noon on Tuesday, June 9, prior to the meeting.

Your participation is important; submitting a proxy ensures your voice is heard even if you cannot be there in person.

Mr. Liam Kerr who is a spokesperson for the University of Richmond student team in the Consultancy class that is working on the formation of the Richmond First Educational Foundation. He is the University of Richmond Presidential Scholar and the President of his freshman class.
