Brothers of VACAPAF, we are going to do something a little different as a District by hosting a District Golf Tournament on September 27, 2025 in Glen Allen. Who will rise to claim the title of District Champion? So if you and your team of 4 have what it takes to be the PHIRST VACAPAF Golf Champions, register today and get ready for a great time. A Championship Trophy will be presented to the winning team and of course bragging rights as the best golfers in VACAPAF. There will be a Brotherhood Smoke afterwards at Mona Lounge and Cigar Bar. We do ask that participants in the tournament be Brothers of VACAPAF. If you’re not a golfer that’s fine as well, become a sponsor and help support our mission.

Happy 118th Founders’ Day to the Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Today, we celebrate the legacy of excellence, leadership, and progressive vision that culminated on December 4, 1906. For over a century, the Men of Alpha Phi Alpha have been the guiding light in uplifting communities, championing justice, and leading with integrity.

Brothers, may you continue to embody the aims of manly deeds, scholarship, and love for all mankind, while inspiring the next generation to follow in your footsteps.

Here’s to 118 years of greatness and many more to come. Long live the House of Alpha!

For those Veteran Brothers who answered the nation’s call to service, the VACAPAF Military Affairs Committee is proud to announce the 2nd Annual Veterans Day Breakfast & Fellowship!! VACAPAF would like to celebrate that service with food, fellowship, and fun.

As a part of the program, we’ll have the honor of hearing from Brother Charles Tate. Bro. Tate was commissioned at Hampton Institute in 1970. He served as a United States Army Reserve Officer from 1972 to 1985 reaching the rank of Major. In the Spring of 1968, he also answered the call to become a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In his 50 plus years in Alpha, he’s served in many capacities. His service to the country, community, and fraternity is matched by few.

Join us on Saturday November 9, 2024 from 9:30-1:30 at Top Golf located at 2308 Westwood Avenue, Richmond, VA 23230. The cost of attending the event is $30, which includes breakfast and golfing fun.
