A Richmond family told me something last week that I haven't stopped thinking about. 🥹

They'd been on the fence about hosting an au pair for two years. Worried about the cost. Worried about having someone in their home. Worried it wouldn't work.

One year in, I asked them what they'd tell families who were still on the fence.
