Good morning, TMC Family! 💚

This is your friendly reminder that today is REST Sunday, so there will be no worship service today.

At The Ministry Church, we believe that rest is not an interruption to our faith, it is part of our faith. Rest is holy. Rest is resistance. Rest is one of the ways God restores our souls and prepares us for what is next.

So today, breathe deeply. Spend time with God. Enjoy your loved ones. Take a walk. Read Scripture. Nap without guilt. Whatever helps your soul remember that you are loved not because of what you produce, but because you belong to God.

We’ll gather again this week for our regular ministries, and we look forward to seeing you then.

May the Lord bless you, keep you, and give you true rest.

Today we rest. And that is holy.

The disciples didn’t rush Pentecost. They waited. Together. In the upper room. Not anxious. Not striving. Just present. And the Spirit fell.

TMC is holding our sacred 4th Sunday rest today and we are leaning into that same posture. Not busy. Not performing. Just waiting in the presence of the One who always shows up.

Let this Pentecost Sunday be your upper room moment.
